About the DS2 Tamper Switch
Control4 ® Tamper Switch This module detects any unauthorized opening of the intercom to significantly improve the security of the whole installation. In the event that someone tampers with the intercom device or its housing, the tamper switch will trigger an alarm. Its small size allows the tamper switch to be installed behind another module - it does not require a full module slot - where it will connect directly to the security control panel of the required I/O Module (C4-DS2-IO).
