Delivery and installation

This page explains how ordering, delivery and installation work on the Control4 shop for Ireland.

Ordering

Add products to your basket, or build a full house list with the smart home designer. At checkout we ask for your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the date you need the goods. You can also ask for a quote instead of ordering.

Paying

Nothing is charged when you place the order. We check stock with Control4, confirm the delivery cost and your delivery date, then email you a secure link to pay by card or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once it is paid.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Ireland. Many items are in stock with Control4 and others are made to order; each product page says which. If you need the goods by a set date, tell us at checkout and we will tell you straight away if it cannot be met.

Installation and programming

Control4 is a dealer installed system, so it has to be set up and programmed by a Control4 dealer. Control4 Ireland is an accredited Control4 dealer and installs and programmes systems across Ireland. Our call out is €440 plus VAT for up to 4 hours, then €110 an hour plus VAT. Tick installation at checkout and we will price it with your order. Already have an installer? We are happy to supply them.

Prices

Prices are the Control4 list price converted to euro (at 1.1996 euro to the pound) and include VAT at 23%. Switch to prices without VAT at the bottom of the menu.

Returns and faults

Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we handle the claim for you. Tell us within 14 days if you want to return an unused item in its box; made to order items cannot be returned.
